Writing from the Netherlands

Hi! I’m Aritha, writing from the Netherlands.

I always write my blog posts in Dutch first... it’s the language of my heart. Then I use IA to help me translate them into (better) English. But I don’t just copy and paste! I carefully go over the translation, make adjustments, and sometimes even have a “little discussion” with my translation buddy until it sounds right. 😊

So if the English flows well, credit goes to my helper... and if there’s still a little mistake, well… I tried to do my best! Still learning.

Fun Fact

As for my own family history, there's a touch of Iberian heritage woven into my roots. Even though I don't know all the details, I've heard whispers of courageous Huguenots seeking refuge in the Netherlands during challenging times.
